A DAY IN MY LIFE

In this post, you want to reed, who is my daily day? And different things that like me. And my routine when I go to gym.
I studded for five years architecture, in this moment I coursing my last semester and I love this, though sometimes I have afraid for my future, news jobs and meet the new people. In my regular day a wake up to seven o’clock, I like this; the possibility the never early is very good, when I take the trasmilenio my day is very bad, I hate travelling in trasmilenio, is uncomfortable and the people is very dirty but is very fast and I love this.




 I go to the class in the afternoon I love this because I hate growing up early is very hard for me. In the university, I go to the class of paint in my time free but I don’t have time someday days, I don’t like this, is terrible. I didn’t mind staying all day painting in oils.  When, I let the university, I have go to trasmilenio and is terrible I hate “the peak hour”, always I read in the bus, the books is better thing in the world, I don’t have a lot books in physics because I don’t have much money so I read in my cell phone; 
I didn’t mind this situation, the most important is read and forget me the all world, also is very important listening music when I travel in the bus, I didn’t mind knowing the life of the persons,  when I walk from the station to my house, I like see the sky, the colour of blue after the sunset is very emotional and I love the stars, special the Orion Constellation that are very simple but I think that the stars are very wonderful.








I try to be fitness
In my free time that is very pour, I like dance, sometimes I dancing in my house, but other days I going to gym for the class of rumba and is very difficult because the teachers are dancing very well, they have a “ FLOW”. Is very cool tray dancing like there. In class we dancing all music: salsa, bachata, merengue, electronics, music Caribbean. When I finish the class, I and my friends were stayed tire.
I have to five recommendations. The first is: when I going to my class is very importer carry a bottle of water, shoes comfortable and clothes of sport, is important that you have a much attitude for work, because if, you don’t have a whole attitude, it is probable that you don’t make a good class.
The second thing is: you have to make a warm-up routine.
The third is: you have use your mind, because is not very easy learning choreography. You have a lot of attention, I recommend that you practice in your house, you see videos of routines o the other dancers like this: 1
Fourth: after that we begin with soft merengue or salsa songs, we can’t elaborate steps yet because until now is beginning the class. Then we can dance and other more up tempos and we will not have an injury.
Fifth:  At the end of the class, the last song is used to stretch the muscles.

One a time, played in coffee farm



Twelve years ago, in my vacations I goes to a coffee farm in the town of Cundinamarca: La vega, it was a very well experience, I and my friends, climbed a mountain and practice extreme sports, at first I scared, I fell a lot fear because, I didn´t want to ride in the suspension bridge, because it stayed very high of the floor. However, I fill value, I didn’t want be afraid. The first, the people to worked in this place, put it me a harness for my security because the bridge didn’t have a railing, this experience was the best, the feels that I felt much adrenalin. I recommend this, because you can kill your fears and the most important you enjoy the and the most important you will enjoy.
