Story behind my profession



  1. What moment of your life did you start thinking about this
major?

I was a child. I was 8 or 9 years old. I decided that I wanted to be an architec. Then in the school. I saw more architecture in my class of history and art of historic, and my class of art, I was good at drawing anything.






2. Who is your favourite lawyer, architect, psychologist or
engineer? Where and when was she/ he born? Why is she/he
important?


My favorite architect is Frank Lloyd Wright, he was born on june 8 of 1867 in Wisconsin, United States. He  believed in designing structures and spaces that were in harmony with environment, this philosophy he called organic architecture. He accomplished this in the house fallingwater. Frank used materials of nature places.




3. Which aspects did you like about it?

I liked the possibility of change the word with the buildings, I dreamt design my house. I liked the old buildings. I saw a lot of living of sells, I visited more apartment in sell with my dad and this was amazing.
I loved an architect, his name was: Frank Lloyd Wright. I learnt much from him, his  architecture was organic, he built with nature.

4. Why did you decide to study this major in this university?


I decided study architecture because I was child I liked the headquarters track the La Caro of university. Then I liked the University pensum.


5.Who were your favourite teachers? Why?


My favorite teacher was physics, I didn’t like  this subject-matter, but the teacher was better his name is JediK and he was kind and very intelligent, and his smile was funny and cute.


6.Which was or were your favourite subject/s?


My favorites subjects were art, history, biology and art of history of art.

MY DREAM WORKPLACE

My dream place to work should be very big, It has many windows, a pretty landscape with mountains, the weather should be cold but no frozen, lot of vegetation.

In the place, i would have a lot of bookcases, is the most import for me. Behind a desk, I there is a window. On my desk there is an Apple computer with two screens, a comfortable chair. I would have a little kitchen; there is a refrigerator a cooker, many cupboards and there is a tea maker, I love tea. In the some bookcases I would have a lot of books, movies, notebooks, pencil colors, markers, pictures of my family, oils and more things. In front of the desk there is a big table with a lot of drawers. Then in front of big table there is a comfortable sofa with T.V. Next to the sofa is a stereo and in the wall.
I would have a secret door in there bookcase for my room, there is a big bed, there are two lamps and a lot of posters the cities. Next to  T.V. there is a zone of art, with trestle, canvas and brushes, next to this a balcony to paint outside and there to a little dining room.
I would have a big  bathroom. there is separate toilet of the bathtub, this is next to a big window; overlooking the trees, and sink, above this a big window.

My leisure time


1.What do you do in your free time? / What is your hobby?

In my free time, I read books, I sleep, and  others days I painting in oil, all days listening music.

My hobby in this moment is painting in oil.


2. What things /  clothes do you need to do that?

I need: one canvas, six brushes of all sizes. Oil of many colors.  A  bottle of turpentine and a bottle linseed oil, one cloth, a bottle of shampoo. And one palet.

3. How many people are necessary?

Usually, one person but in my case i need my master of painting.

4. How much do you think it cost?

The cost, from 20.000 pesos  to 150.000

5. How much time is it necessary?

the time is varied, the oil need a lot a time for dry up, many patience is necessary. 8 days as minimum.

My life as a professional

1.Where do they work?


An Architect work in an office or buildings, they work a lot and he travels between other cities and sometimes they work in the conservation of historical buildings.





2.What do they do?


They plan how to build cities, other architects usually they design projects to participe in contest, they design houses, offices, colleges, cinemas, flats and public spaces.

They reflect the needs of the community and  they give the solutions to these problems.



3. What are their general schedules, shifts and times?
An Architect doesn’t has shifts because they’re going at building twice a week and usually stay in their office, this situation could change, they work some weekends.


4. What are their approximate or real salaries?


They earn from 2’500.000  pesos to 8’500.000.
